He is Wizard Wayne's Twin Bother who was once bitten by a zombie subject while researching the cure for infliction. This macabre part zombie and all wizard loves magic as much as his brother. At times Doc. Z. takes things to the extreme.

Rumor has it that he was actually born on Halloween.
